东京宣言!
第三十届国际排联世界大会首曰最重要的决议就是与会代表一致通过了国际排联作为最高管理机构所做的"东京宣言".宣言明确了由国际排联立法委员会成员全力支持的国际排联作为排球和沙排唯一的管理机构的地位.宣言是由大会通过的国际排联行政理事会的三十一个成员所签署的.
"东京宣言"全文如下:
国际排联世界大会全面回击了那些来自于被公正地逐出国际排联的人对国际排联和国际排联主席本人所做的卑鄙无耻的恶毒攻击和虚假的指控,而他们的这些行为瑞士洛桑当地和其他国家的报纸早已报道并且经过各种途径和方式在国际排联的下属分支机构的国家排球联合会进行了传播和通报.
我们发现,那些人在国际排联任职期间妄图掩盖他们所犯的财政丑闻,试图诋毁国际排联的形象.
因此,作为国际排联立法机构,我们严正声明,国际排联作为排球运动世界性的唯一管理机构必须加以巩固.在民主.道德和公平竞赛方面应全力维系立法和规章设立的准则.

FIVB opens 30th World Congress with "Tokyo Declaration"

Tokyo, 23rd October 2006 – The most important resolution taken on the first day of the 30th FIVB World Congress was undoubtedly the approval of the “Tokyo Declaration” by all delegations represented at the FIVB’s supreme governing body. The declaration establishes a clear and unified position of the FIVB constituents in support of the FIVB as the sole governing body for the sports of Volleyball and Beach Volleyball. The declaration had been signed by all 31 members of the FIVB Board of Administration for approval by the Congress.
The full text of the "Tokyo Declaration" reads:
“The FIVB World Congress categorically refutes each one of the ignoble, insidious attacks and false accusations made against the FIVB and its President by people ousted for just cause from the FIVB, which have been published in local newspapers in Lausanne, Switzerland and other countries and circulated by all ways and means to the FIVB affiliated National Federations.
“We perceive that such actions are an intent to conceal their financial abuses perpetrated during the period they stayed in our organization, trying to jeopardize the image of the FIVB.
“Therefore, in our condition of FIVB constituents, we strongly state our solidarity to the FIVB as the only worldwide governing body of our sport and to the democratic, ethical and fair play principles that sustain its Constitution and Regulations.”
